MISSION


It is a matter of high priority for “MPK - Lublin" – Ltd. to provide safe and comfortable public transport for all citizens, thus ensuring the proper functioning of  the entire city. Equally important for us are reliable public communications and timely and friendly service. All those activities are oriented towards  the satisfaction of the Company’s customers – passengers. We aim to ensure the accessibility and comfort of travel by public transport for disabled persons, and that is why we have exchanged high-floor for low-floor buses, complete with platforms enabling pram access, voice messages, and handles in contrasting colours with special belts to secure a pram.  We also care about environmental protection and are implementing a range of actions in this field. For this reason, we have invested in buying new bus and trolleybus fleets.
