  2. Only exact filling in of every field on the form with the appropriate content guarantees that your application will be considered. Also fill in the field “phone contact”.
  3. The time of settling a comment/complaint without undue delay is no later than within a month from the receipt date by the company. If the case is not settled within this time limit, the provisions of Articles 36-38 of the Administrative Code shall apply.
  4. Responses to comments/complaints sent by e-mail will be sent back in the same way, that is, by means of electronic mail.
